Our cream of tartar baking powder contains pure cream of tartar, which is produced naturally during winemaking. In combination with sodium bicarbonate, it acts as a leavening agent and ensures that doughs become nice and light and airy when baked.
It is versatile and suitable for sponge cakes, muffins, biscuits, cookies, shortcrust pastry, waffles, bread rolls and many other baked goods.
The contained organic corn starch serves as an anti-caking agent and supports an even distribution of the baking powder in the dough.
Dosage: approx. 17 g cream of tartar baking powder per 500 g of flour.
