Bio Mandeln aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau in Europa mit fein-nussigem, aromatischem Geschmack und knackiger Konsistenz. Die ganzen Mandeln mit natürlicher brauner Haut eignen sich vielseitig zum Knabbern, Backen, für Müesli, Desserts und als Topping.
Die Mandelkerne besitzen eine helle bis mittelbraune Haut und sind überwiegend etwa 10–14 mm gross. Sie sind angenehm bissfest und zeichnen sich durch ihr kräftiges, typisch nussiges Aroma aus.
Die Mandeln können direkt verzehrt, gehackt, gemahlen oder geröstet verwendet werden. Durch kurzes Rösten entwickelt sich ihr nussiges Aroma besonders intensiv. Auch für süsse oder würzige Snackmischungen sind sie hervorragend geeignet.
Besonderheiten
