Bio Haselnusskerne aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau mit intensiv nussigem Aroma und angenehm knackiger Konsistenz. Die ganzen, hell- bis mittelbraunen Kerne eignen sich vielseitig zum Knabbern, Backen, für Müesli, Desserts und als Topping.
Die Haselnusskerne besitzen einen Durchmesser von etwa 11–13 mm und sind fest und bissfest. Ihr typischer, vollmundiger Nussgeschmack kommt sowohl pur als auch leicht geröstet besonders gut zur Geltung.
Haselnüsse lassen sich ganz verwenden, grob hacken oder fein verarbeiten. Sie harmonieren besonders gut mit Kakao und Schokolade und eignen sich ebenso für Brotaufstriche, Müeslimischungen, Energiebällchen und herzhafte Gerichte.
