Bio Haselnüsse aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau, fein gemahlen und geröstet, mit intensiv nussigem und aromatischem Geschmack. Die feine Körnung von etwa 0–2 mm eignet sich besonders für Kuchen, Gebäck, Füllungen, Desserts und verschiedene süsse Zubereitungen.
Die Haselnusskerne werden geröstet und anschliessend fein vermahlen. Durch das Rösten entwickelt sich das typische Haselnussaroma besonders intensiv und erhält warme, leicht röstige Noten.
Dank der feinen Struktur lassen sich die gemahlenen Haselnüsse einfach in Teige, Cremes und Füllungen einarbeiten. Besonders gut harmonieren sie mit Kakao, dunkler Schokolade, Vanille und verschiedenen Fruchtaromen.
