Fein gemahlenes Bio-Kurkuma aus Indien mit warmem, erdig-würzigem Aroma und intensiv gelb-oranger Farbe, ideal zum Würzen und Färben von Speisen.
Unser Bio-Kurkuma wird aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Rhizomen der Kurkumapflanze hergestellt. Nach der Ernte werden die Wurzeln gereinigt, schonend getrocknet und zu einem feinen Pulver vermahlen. Das Kurkumapulver besitzt einen natürlichen Curcumingehalt von etwa 2,5–3,5 %.
Kurkuma eignet sich besonders gut für Currys, Reis- und Gemüsegerichte, Suppen, Eintöpfe, Saucen, Dips, Marinaden und Aufstriche. Auch für Golden Milk, Smoothies, Shots und eigene Gewürzmischungen kann es verwendet werden.
Der Geschmack ist mildwürzig, warm, erdig und leicht bitter. Durch seine intensive Färbekraft genügt häufig bereits eine kleine Menge. Damit ist Kurkuma ein vielseitiges Basisgewürz für die vegetarische und vegane Küche.
